Kitchen Tip Tuesday:
Posted by Rachel on October 19, 2009
If you have problems with cakes, brownies, or cookies sticking to the pan, you can put a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the pan and spray it with oil. Make sure you don’t use wax paper unless you want crayon flavored cake.
And make sure you go to Tammy’s Recipes for more great kitchen tips.

Great tip! Although I actually use waxed paper because I don’t have any parchment paper. No problems with crayon-flavored cake yet, but I usually make chocolate. I imagine it would be more of an issue with a more delicately flavored cake, so thanks for the heads up!
